Hey Everyone:

Well this is the first time Me, as a Historian for HKSA, writing on our new and improve website. I hope I can describe our event well enough. On Feb. 15, one day after V-dae, we had our Annual Hot Pot gathering. It was again in Wheeler. This is my first time hot poting in a classroom. The experience was amazing. We were scared of being caught and the alarm going on but luckily that didn’t happened. Being our first event with our new interns, we introduce our new interns: Joyce, Karen, Angel, Timothy, Clarience, Alvin to our members. Everyone is happy from celebrating a great v-day with their lovers or love ones and is ready to chow down for some great hot pot dishes. We had some great hk style fat beef, some great hk fishballs and squidballs, some white carrots, some albalone mushrooms, udon, and many more. All this wouldn’t be perfect without our great hk style bbq sauce with raw eggs and green onions. The food was amazing. I couldn’t believe how much I ate. Everyone were like animals fighting for a pot that had food in it. everyone didn’t care what was in the pot, they just wanted food and more FOOD!!! Other than Great Hot Pot Food, we also had the hilarious and entertaining 903 awards showing. So while everyone was grubbing, they were also enjoying the entertainment of 2007 903 awards. overall, the event was amazing seem like our members and officers were able to made their stomach happy so that was great. It wasn’t as much people as we would assume to be but luckily we didn’t have food left-over. Guess Us HKSA people can eat!!! Hope All our officers and members enjoye the event and the food!!!!
