Hey Fellow Members, Officers, and Visitors Once Again!!!

Hope everybody’s week went great and especially for members and non-members who came to our K-Nite. I am sure most of them got out their feelings through the mic. No matter if it was sorrow, happiness, or stress, the mic at Oakland Filmore was just great people for having a long week. On February 29, 2008, We had our HKSA semi-annual K-Nite at Oakland Filmore. K-Nite is one of HKSA most loved event. Why u ask? Well, who doesn’t like to sing K… NO ONE REALLY!!!! Also, it was a great Chance for members and non-members, interns and even senior Advisors to practice for HKSA Semi-Annual KARAOKE CONTEST ON APRIL 4. Letting them just sing their heart out and allowing us officers to hear members and interns sing that we haven’t heard before. K-Nite also allowed members to get close with other members thats they haven’t really knew before. Singing K is just great for anyone, bringing people closer to each other. We had so many different kind of songs being sing. From Small Fat to Eason Chan to Joey Yung to Leo Koo to Fama. This time we even attract professors to come to our K-nite. we have one of our own berkeley math professor joining us for K-nite. This shows you HKSA’s attraction can’t be stop!!!! haha… After 2 hours of fun singing and hearing great voices flowing around Oakland Filmore, We walked to Golden Badge Restaurant at Oakland where we had some delicious hk-style dishes like Eggplant, Walnut Prawn, Lamb Claypot and many more. K-nite was great it allowing people to get out their stress, sing their hearts out, practice for K-con, and allowed us HKSA to discover Members and People that had great Voices that will be great for HKSA K-Con on April 4!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, Don’t forget about this weeks event. We are having a very special event that HKSA have never done before. It was be new, unique and BEST OF ALL FUN!!!!! This Friday at 6!!!! so don’t miss out!!!
